If we reach the conclusion that additional savings are not feasible, we will communicate this clearly and look forward to supporting you on future developments. 

We specialize in optimizing project costs through strategic labor management. Our focus is on enhancing efficiency and productivity within the workforce, which allows us to reduce labor costs without compromising the integrity or quality of the project.

Our team consists of certified professional estimators with decades of industry experience. In addition to our estimators, we have a diverse team that includes former developers, general contractors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and numerous other trade experts. This wide-ranging experience ensures that we understand every facet of construction, from initial budgeting to the practical implications of various design and construction choices. 

We do not act as the general contractor. Instead, we collaborate closely with the GC or developer of your choice. Our approach emphasizes teamwork and communication, allowing us to work alongside your selected builder to identify opportunities for reducing construction costs while maintaining quality and efficiency. 

While we believe that the earlier we can engage the better the outcomes for all parties involved, we recommend that we come in when you are preparing to send out plans and construction documents to general contractors for bidding. This timing allows us to conduct thorough due diligence, ensuring our team has the necessary time to price materials and labor costs. Our involvement at this stage is crucial for identifying potential cost savings and optimizing the overall budget before bids are submitted. By collaborating early in the process we streamline communication and ensure the project stays on schedule.
